    • Leading the product transformation of Best Egg, a fintech company undergoing a strategic shift to a product-led organization.

    2021 - 2024

    • Spearheaded MANTL’s transition from a consumer-only deposit origination platform to a comprehensive, vertically integrated SaaS platform.

    • Expanded the product team from 5 to 25, covering Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Operations.

    • Boosted revenue by 5x and increased customer count by 6x, all while lowering burn rate by 77% over 30 months.

    • Led fundraising efforts that secured $22.7M, including from 7 customers, showcasing the market strength of MANTL’s product offerings.

  • Seed, profitable, product-to-platform, B2B2C SaaS

    • Drove product expansion from a single financial reporting solution to a multi-product platform, including a mobile app, insights, and trading tools.

    • Implemented new pricing and packaging models that diversified revenue streams while maintaining a cash flow-positive business model.

    • Led architecture strategy alongside engineering leadership, positioning Blueleaf as a viable up-market solution.

  • Seed - Series C venture backed and bootstrapped companies; B2C and B2B SaaS and services

    Consultant, Advisor and Fractional head of product to venture backed startups in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, St. Louis, and Boston.

    • Part of the founding team of Square Capital, scaling from beta to over $XXXM in capital extended in 2015, with an additional $XXXM in the first half of 2016.

    • Defined and executed product expansion, including the transition from an MCA to a loan product, and enabled industrial bank partnerships.

    • Created market positioning and go-to-market strategies that contributed to Square’s IPO and the continued growth of its financial services division.

    • Led key initiatives that unified client experiences across 15,000+ locations and strengthened financial advisors' capabilities.

    • Developed Edward Jones’ insured bank deposit program, increasing balances by XXX% and helping drive AUM growth.
